3. BELIEF IS EVERYTHING: If you don’t believe in yourself, you will never do the thing. Speak to yourself as if you are your BFF. You would never disparage your best friend, so don’t do it to yourself.

4. KNOW YOUR WHY: Your “why” to change needs to be stronger than you why to stay static.

5. SATISFACTION COMES FROM MAKING PROGRESS: It comes from the journey, so have goals, start small, and work toward them brick by brick.
